R.M.A.

(United States) Should it be necessary for any reason to return a ESR Series product to TST, an RMA return authorization number must be obtained and the following procedures must be followed:

1.
Download the RMA Request Form.

2. Fax request to a TST representative stating reason for return and provide:
  • purchase order number,
  • invoice number,
  • ESR-Series Serial Number

3. Purchaser will be faxed an RMA number and instructions for returning products.

4. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label of each carton and all shipping documents that are being returned. RMA product must be received by TST within thirty (30) days after authorization date.

5. Purchaser must ship returned products "prepaid" unless TST has agreed in writing to other arrangements.

6. Under all circumstances, any products returned to TST must be authorized via TST RMA procedures.

7. We will not issue cash refund.

Items being returned must be original TST products and covered by an applicable warranty period. The authorized returned products must be packaged in their original packing material with all components included. All returned items must be in resalable condition, new or no usage. If these requirements are not met, TST will recover the loss via increased restocking charges or return the products to Purchaser. If Purchaser is requesting a credit to its account, Purchaser's written request for RMA must be made within three(3) days after the receipt of the applicable product(s). Upon acceptance of the returned product(s) by TST, Purchaser's account will be credited, less a 25% "restocking fee". TST cannot provide cash refunds.


Shipping and Damage Claims
Any and all shipping claims are your responsibility. Inspect each shipment upon delivery and IMMEDIATELY report all damage to the carrier. There may be time limits and inspections may be required. Contact your sales representative so that we may provide any assistance possible. (United States) In the event of a claim, TST invoices must still be honored for payment.

Returns and Misshipments
If we made an error in shipping:
If you discover within five (5) days that there is an error in the shipment, incorrect parts or DOA, please contact your sales representative for immediate correction. Once verified, we will issue an RMA number. If applicable, we will cross-ship to you and pay the freight charges. Please return any parts UPS-ground. We will credit your account for the surface freight amount you incurred. TST cannot provide cash refunds.

If you made an error in shipping:
If you ordered parts that turned out to be the incorrect choice for your solution, you may return them within three(5) days of receipt. All freight must be prepaid for replacement (please call for RMA number).

Once the product of returned has been received intact, in new and sellable condition, TST will credit your account, reship your correct order and re-invoice. For C.O.D. accounts, the amount on the C.O.D. tag will be reduced accordingly. There will be no restocking fee. TST cannot provide cash refunds.

Various reasons for returns:
If replacements are not required and you choose to return a TST product, you must do so within three (3) days of receipt, provided the returned products have been received by TST intact, in new and resellable condition. Your account will be credited less a minimum of 15% retained as a restocking fee. TST cannot provide cash refunds.
